We provide AI study-prompt templates (“Prompts”) that you copy and paste into your favorite AI tool. Prompts guide your study sessions by breaking down material, testing your recall and giving instant feedback.

2. Payment & Delivery

All purchases are processed via Ko-fi. Prices are shown in USD and do not include applicable taxes. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive prompt access immediately through downloadable files, no fancy software required.

3. No Account Required

You do not need to register, create a password or set up an account to use our service. Simply purchase on Ko-fi and start learning.

4. Guarantee of Improvement

If you follow our prompts correctly, you will see improvement in your learning. This guarantee does not apply to users with neurological conditions that may affect learning, under normal conditions you will see progress.

5. Intellectual Property

All prompts, text, images and designs on our site are owned by us. You may use Prompts for your own learning or commercial projects, but you may not redistribute, resell or sublicense them as they are designed.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you do not see improvement or you do but still don't like the product, contact us at vertechacademy@gmail.com with a copy of your receipt within 30 days for a full refund.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our Prompts lawfully and ethically. You may not reverse engineer, modify or republish our content without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our Prompts are provided “as is”. While we guarantee improvement if used correctly, we do not promise a specific test score as it all depends on your work ethic, it's a helpful tool, but it can't take you beyond your biological limits.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our Prompts, If you modify or change it to do bad things, we have no control over that.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
